Librarians
The Library provides various library
and information services to users and these are handled by Subject Librarians.
The services include:
help and training in the use of various
on-line catalogues and electronic
information sources (CD-ROM databases, the Internet, online databases,
etc.)
- providing answers to reference questions
- liaising with faculty staff on book selections and recommendations,
and placing prescribed texts on Course Reserve/Short Loan
- acquisition of documents through Interlending, and
- providing selective dissemination of information and alerting services
- Subject specific pages
